By entering this Website, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use, and the relevant general terms and conditions of sale when you make an online purchase on this Website. If you do not accept all the Terms and Conditions of Use, please exit this Website immediately.
This Website is operated by Vlora&Kaltrina (hereinafter “VK” ).The products offered on the Website are sold directly by VK company.
1.2 Our company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. However, the client will be notified 3 weeks prior to the changes of our terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.
Therefore, the official content of Vlora&Kaltrina is solely owned and used only by Vlora&Kaltrina's platforms (Website, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest ) and such content cannot be used by any other parties. The only exception, would be Vlora&Kaltrina's official representatives under the name of Vlora&Kaltrina or our franchises (if any).

All of our company's Terms and Policies are presented and valid only in English language. We do not take responsibility for interpretations in other languages whatsoever.
10.VK PRODUCTS
10.1 Vlora&Kaltrina's products are precisely assembled and based together by hand, because only by hand you can stay true to the soul of Haute Couture.
10.2 Our brand offers three categories of products:
- Ready-Made products available in stock. These are handmade products which are ready to be purchased by the costumers, and that are mainly produced in sizes S,M,L. These are ready to be shipped out immediately, the moment the payment is collected.
- Pre-Made products, these are also handmade dresses which customers can order for their specific measurements, with no alterations to the design.
- Customized- Products, these are special handmade orders which may be customized based on the client’s taste and measurements in coordination with a professional designer from Vlora&Kaltrina.
Underlining for the dress will be provided for all our transparent dresses, the underlining is detachable from the dress and should be worn as a skirt, it skirt can be long or short and in a nude color or the color that matches the dress.
Please keep in mind that our dresses are full of details and totally handmade, so they may contain metallic or harsh elements.
Our dresses are meant to be worn on special of events so you should be extra careful while wearing them and if you find it complicated to wear them please don't hesitate to contact us.
NOTE: Our products can have limited quantities. Because all of our products go through a detailed procedure, one of these procedures is also the designing and sketching of the fabric, this is related to dresses that are created from the beginning including design detailing of the fabric. The steps of this procedure are as following:
* Designing and Sketching of the Dress
* Matching the Fabrics
* Draping
* Cutting and Sewing
* Design Detailing
* Hand Altering
*Accessorizing
10.3 While going through these procedures, each item is continually examined by our professional and specialized quality controllers, furthermore the item is also ironed during the producing procedures. After the product is completed, it is once again checked thoroughly by the Head of the Quality Control Department.
10.4 Please be aware that there may be times when the order takes longer to finish, that is due to the fact that our products go through a step by step procedure, as stated above. In such cases, you will also be notified if we need more time to be finished with your order.
NOTE: When checking the product on our website, please be reminded to check the production period of each dress as it is stated in all items.
10.5 Once the product is ready, we will let you know by e-mail that your order is ready to be shipped out. Furthermore, we can also provide you with additional information about your order, such as photos, videos, video-calls, to confirm the measurements and the overall order. The moment we receive a confirmation from your side, we will ship your order out.
10.6 The customer must be aware that there might be slight differences in color due to the changes in color settings of different monitors/screens. Furthermore, please be informed that because our products are handmade, and we match the design in accordance to the size of the dress, there may also be a slight difference in design, considering that each dress is unique in it's form and the human hand may not touch each detail in the same way.
10.7 We are responsible for the creation of the products in the measurements specified by the client. Please make sure you take your measurements according to the instructions on the site. Please be conscious when it comes to your measurements, it is suggested there should not be a big difference in these measurements between the time you make the order and the time you receive it. ( referring to 12.5)
10.8 In certain cases, we might also consider deciding how to adapt the measures given by the customer to the materials used in the product ordered by the customer. Since some of the fabrics are stretchable and others are not stretchable, it is our company's responsibility to consider how such fabrics will fit the customer in accordance to their measurements.
10.9 The wait time for the confirmation of the payment by the bank is not included in the period of time which we consider as the “working period in a product”.
Every order goes through the quality control team who check the various qualities of a product, this is done by a professional and experienced staff. This quality control is practiced right from the initial stage of sourcing raw materials to the stage of a final finished garment.
NOTE: Every request is calculated extra on the original price of the dress. This includes requests for any change on the dress, added details or specific shipping requests.
