Vlora & Kaltrina: Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope & Definitions

Vlora & Kaltrina couture garments are handcrafted luxury pieces, produced specifically upon order. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom-made, made-to-measure design.

2. Custom Creation & Final Sale Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our manufacturing process, all custom-made or made-to-measure designs are strictly final sale and non-returnable. Orders where the client selects specific sizes, measurements, or design customizations are considered final.
 Prohibition of Temporary Use: Purchases made with the intention of using the dress for temporary events, photoshoots, or personal fitting beyond standard try-on are strictly prohibited. Any item that shows signs of wear, use, alteration, perfume, makeup stains, or handling beyond basic fitting will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.

3. Claims & Mandatory Evidence Requirement

To process any claim regarding damage, sizing inconsistencies, or other concerns, the client must provide clear visual evidence (high-resolution photos or videos) showing the issue with the product.


 Facial Visibility Clause: For verification and anti-fraud purposes, the client’s face must be visible in the submitted visual evidence alongside the garment.
 Time Sensitivity: Any dissatisfaction or perceived defect must be reported via our official channels within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window, or without required visual evidence (including facial identification), will be rejected.

4. Shipping & Liability

If, at the sole discretion of Vlora & Kaltrina management, a return is authorized:
 Items must be shipped back following our specific instructions.
 The client assumes full liability for the item until it is received and inspected at our showroom. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of return shipments.
 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by our management.

5. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for any return consideration, the product must be in its original, unworn condition with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of:

 Wear or usage.
 Altered fit or damage.
 Perfume or makeup residue.
 Please note: Slight color variations may occur due to studio lighting, screen calibration, or photographic editing and are not considered manufacturing defects.

6. Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected:
 Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
 Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
